At Walt in Stitches, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
✔️ Unused & in original packaging – The item must be in the same condition as received.
✔️ Not a personalised/custom order – Due to the handmade nature of custom items, we cannot accept returns on personalised products unless faulty.
If your item is damaged or defective, please see Section 3: Faulty or Incorrect Items.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Email us or us the online chat with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We will provide you with return instructions.
3️⃣ Package the item securely and post it to us using a tracked delivery service (at your own cost).
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund approval.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Need to swap for a different colour or design? We offer exchanges, subject to stock availability. Simply return your original item (as per the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement.
